Turn your sink on HOT all the way. Wait til it is steaming. Keep the water running and start breathing in the steam. You need to be up close though like where you can feel the heat on your face.

...Steam is supposed to help,..also a Dr. on t.v. says "saline" rinses for your nose,although I am not sure how much salt to put in the water.
