People takes this site way to seriously?

You need to understand something about websites.

As a computer technician, i've noticed the same pattern in every website.

When it's born, the website starts to slowly gain a users base, it's all fun and new.

When the website reaches to a high level of popularity, it'd mean that the website would have more visits, and therefore more users.

Since the website has more users, there's a high chance of findind:

50% Easily b*tthurt people

20% Teenage brats

15% Weirdos/Pedophiles

10% Ignorant/Cocky/Spoiled little kids

5% Of normal people.

Well some users on here can be mean.

E.g. calling people really nasty names, asking q's about them saying things that are not true which just found out on google someone asked some about me and said I was reporting users when I don't.

I have had hate mail a fww times and Nasty IM's from one user (think we have sorted our problems out though)

I agree completely.. people take not only this site.. but particularly this section far too seriously... people need to loosen up and STOP REPORTING playful responses...

Yea I totally agree with you, some people are really just stupid. They should use some kind of answer search engine like http://www.answerbarrel.com/ to check if their answer has already bee answered, and if it's really simple.

I like to think its 50/50
