Hi Sabrina,
Ca x Va = Cb x Vb
HCl is a strong acid . . .
. . . then : [H3O(+)] = Ca
Ca x Va = Cb x Vb
. . . therefore :
Ca = Cb x Vb / Va
Ca = 0,654 x 36,25 / 45,51
Ca = 0,52 mol/L
