Hoe long will the Laptop last with the new?

Okay , it is true in the the coming years tablets will replace laptops for now laptops are still the better buy more ram , better storage , and nice graphic card and if custom made laptops parts can be upgraded, ipad 3 will not replace laptops though they have longer battery life , and light weight still with ipad and other tablets you get want you paid for and no upgrade , don't believe in what you read about tablets replacing laptops as of now that years down the road .

I dont think that tablets will ever replace laptops. too many businesses rely on laptops for their workforce to work remotley or at client sites. You dont want to type up a 100 pg business proposal on a tablet without carying an external keyboard at which point you might as well have a laptop.

I think the hybrid devices may be an option though. once where the screen swivels and closes to become a tablet.

for the casual user of internet and mail, yes, i think tablets will replace laptops for home and recreational use.
