Breaking my soda addiction,after 30 years?
I am borderline diabetic and NOT SURE what i should drink that would benefit my diabetes and sweet soda cravings, any suggestions ????

i quit a 20yr diet coke addiction. at least 1/2 gallon a day for that long.
i drink decaf coffee and seltzer water with lemon squeezed in it.
only took me 2 weeks to feel better but you have to fight the psychological craving to have just one.
usually if i have even one i will slowly start back up. i've quit several times and usually only make it a month or two at most. so i have to quit completely to not start the addiction at all.
it's been two months and i'm still doing okay. occasionally i will have a diet sprite or diet 7-up. since they don't have caffeine i don't crave them at all so i can drink just one.
