Regarding my boyfriend and cars?

My boyfriend says that cars make him feel emotion which nothing else brings. And that the feel and sound of changing gears going full throttle down the high way is a feeling nothing else brings. Would that make you feel like cars satisfy something that you cannot or would you not think anything of it?

Update:

When I say cars make him feel like this I MEAN IT.

I'm wondering if I should stay with this, or find someone who hasn't replaced human love with a hobby that is much more than a hobby.

I wonder how women married to race drivers deal.

guess they just accept that their bond will never be that of man and car..

I don't know if I want to deal with that!!

    we are a passionate about cars family

    we love our cars

    but they most certainly do not fill a void or take precedence over the family

    i would be concerned in your shoes

    I don't think you have a problem. Everyone has something that really gets them going. Your BF is pretty simple. Take him to a car show that has the types of cars he is really into and you will get some really good loving afterwards.

    there are dudes out there that like to have sex with their cars. He could be one of them. If he is, I suggest you find a new boyfriend!

    ppl like psp, painting, singing, dancing, collecting stamps...sooooo many things. why question his passion? he loves it..u love urs and u both stay happy
