How Can I Improve My Drawing (Dragon)?
I haven't drawn for ages and am trying to get back into it. Here's some line art I drew today of a dragon: http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/430...
He's meant to be lying on a branch in this drawing, wings slightly folded and at ease. If you have any comments or constructive criticism before I start colouring, it would be really helpful! Drawing this pose was difficult for me. >__>
Thank you very much for your help. :)
lazyslacker013 - Thanks for the tips, he's one of my dragon characters that have a layer of fur over top of scales.

well is it furry like a bat? If so why the fish fin ears? or is it to be a scaled dragon? in which case why the fur? With a few modifications it would look like a great drawing of a goat, but then the same is true for a great drawing of a dragon. I can't clearly see the tail, is it just that little bit sticking out on the bottom right? make the tail longer with a bit more detail, perhaps have it wrapped around the branch or tree as if it's helping support the dragon in its perch.
Despite all that I've said I do like the drawing and wish you luck on the finished product.

You have good line drawing skills. You should start an observational study of winged animals to improve drawing dragons. Use different medias/techniques and experiment with detail and texture. The more you draw and experiment, the better you will become :)
