What i ate today, is it good enough?

it is 3 o'clock

so far i have eaten-

breakfast:

a bowl of low-sugar alpen meusli mixed with a little special k berries cereal (i had a handful left of the special k and wanted to use it up) with skimmed milk

wholegrain toast spreaded with a healthy low-fat butter

one digestive biscuit

blackberry sorbet: handful of blackberries mixed with 125g of petitfilous (childrens fruit flavour yoghurt, basically 100g= one serving) and ice

one carrot

one satsuma

100ml apple juice

have i eaten too much or too little? im not on a diet i am 15 and a healthy weight for my height and age but recently i have had a poor diet which if i had continued with would have left me overweight, so im just trying to lead a healthier lifestyle :)

im going to have dinner with my family at around 5:30-6 which will porbably consist of one portion of meat, two portions of carbs and two portions of veg.. something around 400-500 calories like a big bowl of noodles with 4 dfferent types of veg and lean chicken breast cooked in olive oil or something..

should i eat more? less? dinner? no dinner?

haha

thanks for all your help everyone

This is pretty good as your eating low fat and healthy things but the best thing to do if your wanting to mkae sure you dont gain weight is eat a little alot so if you have for breakfast a small bowl of cereal and then a few hours later have a slice of toast for a snack the a light lunch a few hours after lunch a light snack and then a light dinner. This is because if you eat little throughout the day your body is not going to feel starved at dinner so you are not goin to over eat. hope this helped :)

depends on your activity - physical or stationary - the choices look fine but i'd have thought you'd need more calories for a day..
