What drinks are popular in Italian nightclubs?

Question

I'm writing a novel that takes place in Florence and need some details. What are the most popular drinks (besides beer) that is served at the nightclubs in Florence?  Is it common to see drinks with Red Bull or any being lit on fire?

Vodka and redbull, mojito, sex on the beach, gin lemon, gin tonic, long island, cuba libre (rum +cola)  are very popular... Negroni is a very Italian drink (I couldn't find it in any other Country) and I found out that it was originally a Florentine drink! Also, people usually don't drink beer in clubs, just cocktails :)

Hi,

I'm Italian and I lived in Florence for some months.

At that time (2002), as far as I remember, Negroni and Mojito were ones of the most drunk.
