If you are the head of a department, agency or unit that is participating in an EEO [Equal Employment Opportunity] program, you have to follow all the EEO rules and regulations, including the one about telling any employee or applicant who files a discrimination complaint what was the final action taken on it.
Your EEO plan has to include training and education programs for all employees on how to get promoted, and a description of training and experience qualifications for EEO department heads.
It also has to describe how proposed personnel and resources will be allocated for carrying out the EEO program.
Kept some jargon, but simplified it a bit. Okay?

Supervisors must tell an employee, or a person applying for a job what were the final results of their discrimination complaint.
1. The job provides training and education to be the best employee he or she can be.
2. The qualifications needed to attend training , and experience are described in order for all employees to have an equal employment opportunity
