Lag in Starcraft 2 15" MacBook Pro help?
So... I have a 15" Late 2011 MacBook Pro, which should easily be able to dominate the game on ultra. However, even when I play on medium settings... I average about 90 FPS but every like 20 seconds there is a split second stuttering where the FPS drops to about 2-3. With these occurrences, the game is nearly unplayable and I'm wondering what the heck is going on with my brand new laptop.

1. Make sure you are not running anything in the background
2. Make sure your Mac doesn't get too hot, maybe raise the back a little bit for more air ventilation
3. Check your internet! Running SC2 demands a very good internet connection to have the best experience with it
4. Try resetting your PRAM!
Shut down the computer.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
