Safe to put UV body paint near eyes?

I'm going to a UV party on Tuesday, and I bought some Stargazer Neon Face and Body paint off Amazon for the event. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's safe to put the paint near your eyes? I'm talking right on the lash line. I've seen it done like it online, but they might be using really expensive paint. This only cost £10 for 6 tubes.

    I wouldn't do it just in case, or do a test by putting a really small amount on it.
