I started using the pill (logynon) 2 weeks ago, and had sex last night, without a condom at first. Would the pill have started working by now?

I just started a new job, and I'll be earning roughly £320 a month, depending on hours. How much will I have left after being taxed? I'm 20, earning £5.05 an hour.

I'm on day 4 of my period now, and it's really light now, but the guy I'm half seeing at the moment wants to meet up to go to a friend's house and hang out. We'll be staying over and I know he'll want to fool around, but I don't want to if my period's there. I still want to go though because I want to see him, so is there any way to stop my period for 1 night?

Does anyone know if taking anxiety pills, (beta blockers) can affect a girl's cycle?

Also, could lack of sleep and excessive amounts of alcohol affect it?

I really need my period to come in the next few days, does anyone know if there's ANY way to make it come? I'll try anything.

Okay, a quick back ground – we met just over a month ago, and have been on 2 dates. We text all the time, have loads in common, and on Sunday night I went over to his house, and after making out for a while, we both told each other how much we liked the other.

And then on Tuesday I text him just to chat, and he seemed really distant, he barely answered me in texts, and stopped after 20 minutes. Should I text him tonight? I don’t want to seem overly keen, but he honestly used to text me every single day, and then after I actually admit to him how much I like him, he stops?

I just don't want to sound really clingy, but why would he say he likes me that much, and then suddenly not text anymore? He was the one who brought up the conversation about "us". He was making it sound like we were already a couple, and now nothing.

I met a guy a month ago, and I’ve been on 2 dates with him, and I’d like to think we’ll go on another sometime because we really get along. Like we’ll be up until 3 am talking every night.

Thing is, I met another guy about a month ago, and he asked me to go for drinks at his house tomorrow evening. Is it wrong for me to be dating 2 guys at the same time? Or should I keep my options open, because it’s such an early stage, and either one mightn’t even become a relationship?

Okay, I know I’ve asked this a few times, but I still feel worried, and I’ve not had a chance to phone my doctor cause my mum is always around, so can someone please help me here until I get the chance?

Basically, I had unprotected sex on the 26th of June, and took the morning after pill on the 28th. I’ve a really irregular period, but I’d figured out that it should’ve been coming around the 12th of July. Last week, around the 5th, I kind of felt that my period was coming, but normally it’s way worse. I get really bad symptoms, and it’s really obvious when it’s coming. This time it wasn’t. I had really dark brown discharge on the 5th, and then blood, so I assume it was my period, but it wasn’t like my normal period.

They’re normally much heavier, like really heavy, and this was barely noticeable. And it’s been a different colour. My period’s normally red, like blood. But this has been brown, and thick.

Could it be a side effect of the pill? Or something else, like implantation bleeding? It’s been nearly a week.

I took the morning after pill a week ago (28th), and my period wasn't meant to come for another few days. But it came last night, but isn't as heavy as normal. Is this a normal side effect of the pill?

I took the morning after pill on the 28th (it was the soonest I could get it). But I don’t know if it worked. If my cycle is 28 days (it’s irregular at the best of times), then I’m due on the 12th of July, but the past few days I’ve had the feelings I get when I’m going on to my period, and then today (the 5th of July) I had really dark brown discharge.

Is it normal to have dark brown discharge a week before your period? Could it be a side effect of the morning after pill? Could my period be coming a week early? Or should I be worried?

I've always had this strange feeling that I'm meant to do something incredible during my time on earth. It's like I feel that I'm meant for something MORE. I can't explain the exact feeling, and it's not that I want fame, or glory or riches. I just know there's something inside of me that I have to give to the world. Does anyone else feel like this?

I'm going out tomorrow night for my friend's birthday, and I've been thinking about colour blocking. It's the first time I've done it (I normally wear 1 bright thing and then tone the rest down) but I want to be more bold tomorrow.

I was out on Easter Monday with a friend in a club, and got a wee bit too drunk and did something I shouldn't have (I won't say what, but I was warned to stop and did it again) The bouncer asked me to leave (I don't blame him, because he warned me), but I really want to go back to the club for my birthday this month. I haven't been back since, but it's a really nice club and would be great for my birthday. Do you think they'll even remember me? Or should I just go somewhere else?

I'm going to a UV party on Tuesday, and I bought some Stargazer Neon Face and Body paint off Amazon for the event. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's safe to put the paint near your eyes? I'm talking right on the lash line. I've seen it done like it online, but they might be using really expensive paint. This only cost £10 for 6 tubes.

I really need someone to help me out here. I bought some songs today off Amazon to put on my ipod, but because my internet connection is the worst it cut off just as my computer began downloading them after purchase. I managed to get that solved, and they've finished downloading. But now they won't go onto itunes. Songs are meant to automatically go to my itunes folder from the amazon one once they've finished downloading, but because my internet cut off it didn't happen.

I'll tell you what I've tried -

Music folder - Amazon downloads - copy and paste it into itunes folder - open itunes library and select "add folder to library" in file.

It isn't working at all, and I need to get them on to my ipod.

Can anyone help me?

Does anyone know why my earphones won't play in my ipod? They're not Apple earphones, but I've used them in it before, and the earphones aren't broke because I just tried listening to music on my phone, and they're fine.

I haven't used my ipod in months because I'd lost it, and now when I put the earphones I can't hear the songs properly. (I can hear the music, but not the actual singing, and it sounds like a bad recording)

Anyone got any suggestions as to what it could be?

Oh and my ipod works fine in the speakers. :/

I've been having a problem with my Facebook account today. If I click Account to log out, nothing drops down to give me the option to log out. If I get a notification, it drops down, but is hidden behind my news feed so I can just see the edge of it, and so I don't what the notification is.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? And how I can fix it? (It's only on my laptop, because I was on the computer in my mum's work today and it was fine).

I'm going back to university at the end of September for my second year, and I need tips to help me start talking to people. I spent my first year being incredibly lonely, because I was so shy, and found it impossible to talk to anyone, and no one talked to me. This year I don't want that to happen again, because I was quite depressed, so I want to try really hard to push past my shy nature and talk to people.

The thing is, what do I talk to people about? I'll be going back to be in classes with the people who spent all of last year not speaking to me. Any ideas on what conversation topics I could begin with? I'll take anything, I just need something to help me get started.

I'm wanting to audition for the tv show "Game of Thrones" as an extra, but I've no idea what happens in auditions. I've prepared a resume, and it's ready to send in, but could someone please tell me what will happen if they call me in. Do extras have to audition if they don't have to speak? Is there a tough elimination process? Or will I just be selected to go on to the show if they like the look of me?

I really, really want to be an extra on the show, because I'm a massive fan, plus I live where it's being filmed.
