$50-$100. good laptops sell in computer stores for $175. that's with no OS or other stuff. I would highly suggest you provide all the OEM software that came with it. OEM software is licensed to stay with the machine. the drivers and recovery discs *at least* should go with the machine. the recovery discs (if you have any) are usually BIOS locked, which means they won't work on any other computer anyway.
I don't mean printer drivers, but anything related to the laptop that came with the laptop.
have you ever bought a used computer and something went wrong with the machine and you didn't have the recovery discs to fix the machine? costs you $300 to get a new OS. ouch.
make recovery discs just to be nice to the person who gets it. there is software on the laptop for this probably.

With a faulty fan, and Celeron as well, maybe $50 or whatever anyone is willing to pay for it. The problem is, a fan will cost about $50-$100 for a computer shop to replace it...
