Is the Electoral vote all ready done, how does it change if at all,how and why do States vote in the Electoral College the way they do,has a person who is President or person running for President ever won the office of President without the majority vote of the Electoral College, does popular vote ever supersede Electoral College vote?Is the President Race rigged etc?

A bit of history is in order. Originally, the President was selected by the Senate. Since all States have two Senators, they all had two votes. The Constitution was amended to allow for the Electoral College. This was to give more influence to the more populous States. So, States are assigned "delegates" according to population. This allows more influence to larger populations while respecting the rights of the States as entities. This prevents the "tyranny of the majority" that destroys democratic governments.
No, the Electoral Vote isn't done. That happens in November. You see, simply put, the votes we make as individual citizens decide whom our State delegates will vote for. We don't directly vote for the President but to tell our delegates which one a majority of the people in our State wants. The delegates then cast their electoral votes.
Here is a baseball analogy. The popular votes are like Hits. The Electoral votes are like Runs. The team that gets the most Runs wins, not the team that gets the most Hits. Remember, this country was founded as the United States of America. The States are supposed to be the seats of power with the Federal Government working for them.

Yes. It is set in stone for good reason. It is designed to protect minority interests. E G, it protects against 1-5 enormously populous state from imposing their will on the people in 45 other states. Its purpose is similar to many of the civil rights laws which were needed to assure fairness and representation to minorities.
Obama would never have been elected if huge numbers of whites had not voted for him because they wanted to end racism once and for all and his campaign promises were reasonable. He misrepresented his intent and has led the US down a path of destruction ( like the fate of greece). It would be regressively racist if Intelligent minorities would now vote for Obama primarily because he is black.

No........once the majority of dominoes start falling.........the rest follow in order.
Romney will be the pick. Any idiot should know that by now and the others should just bow out and start getting their act together, if they still want any chance in hell of beating Obama.
They longer they remain divided.......the harder it will be to close that divide as election day nears.
Not that it really matters, since Obama already has this sewn up. The only real question that remains is.......just how badly do the republicans want to lose? By a little or ALOT?

No. i'm leaning greater in direction of staying abode. at an identical time as I choose Hillary often is the nominee, i do no longer think of she will have the flexibility to. With that mentioned, i'm in simple terms no longer inspired with the two McCain or Obama. i assume between now and November it is in simple terms a count number of who i think of is worse.

it can change very easily. less than 6% of the delegates needed to win have been chosen so far. the popular vote never supercedes the electoral vote.

Yes, the Illuminati in conjunction with the Bilderberg group decided this election many years ago. Everything is going according to plan.
