if we have an equation that has all real number as a soultion:

all real numbers <------ agree

(-∞ , ∞) <------ agree

{ x I x = all real numbers } <------ can i set it up a this?

Update:

yes thats right, but i need to know if i can put the word"all real numbers" in a set-builder notation.

    f(x) = 0 is the only function which has all reals as solution , domain = all reals

    note : " all real number " is not grammatically correct

    I have never seen words in sets, but I do not really think there are rules that specifically address this. If you use it in a paper I suspect it will be unprofessional just by virtue of people never doing that I think, not because it is "wrong." Maybe I am off base here, if this is the case I hope someone can inform us properly. I would advise using the appropriate symbols (e.g. {x | x∈ℝ}, or ∀x∈ℝ)
