I called the offset line. They claim there is nothing in their system. However, they also say they show no offset for last year even though we were assessed an offset of $3700. Once again, they don't know how to wipe their own asses.

call the IRS offset hotline. It will tell you if you owe anything that is coming out of your refund.

ONLY Student Loans, Owed taxes and child support can garnishee your refund. No other judgment can

well if you owe money to the feds- they'll take it. if you are already being garnished they'll take it.
