a) I agree it is 2.
b) 2>1>3
c) 2. 1 has a CH2 interupting the resonce structures.
d) It is 3.

nicely, i think of is C. Why? Br is larger than Cl using fact it has a bigger molecular Weight than Cl hence, it could reason assorted steric consequence (look into the three-d conformation) on the molecule increasing the flair potential on the device arising unstability on the device.
