How do I help my brother who had a total meltdown?

I'm middle aged, my older brother had a psychotic meltdown over a year ago. He was hospitalized, and treated by Dr.s with both therapy and heavy meds. He gradually weened himself from the drugs with his Dr's approval. I asked him to stay on the Welbutrin, but he was certain God had delivered him from the need. He found another job, making a fraction of what he once made. His family is not handling being poor well. He recently had sort of a relapse, is speaking with no one. He did go to his Dr and is back on some sort of meds. They take a couple of weeks to load.

How can I help his wife and kids? They live across the country, they are scared, and don't know what to do. I sent a grocery gift card to stock them up for awhile, but I don't know what to tell my sister in law. Yes, they have health insurance finally.

A: If they are having finacial problems, then I would recommend giving them more grocery gift cards. Try to be encouraging say to them that you will help them to get through, pretty much say encouraging words.
