Is Yahoo currently out email stating ? they need our account info or it will be suspended?

Got an email today that stated just what I asked.

    If the email is without the Purple Logo or Insignia of Yahoo, you can safely assume that is fake, a SCAM and FRAUD!

    Do not give them any personal information. They will use it for fraudulent purposes!

    i comprehend the way you sense I have not got any clue why my account became suspended and it nonetheless is. i dont comprehend while it won't suspended eaither. so i in basic terms made yet another account sorry couldnt help each and all of the way. so why did you get suspended?

    I also received similar scam on hotmail. Delete and block.

    Delete it --- Yahoo doesn't send messages like that.
