What do you call the knowledge a business possesses?

I have been asking around trying to find the accepted term for this.

It is the knowledge a business possesses about how to do business.

For example, anyone can learn how to market.

But a business learns how to market its product to its customers.

When a person leaves a company that knowledge may be lost.

It is this knowledge that companies possess, usually not in documents, but in people's brains.

Some things include

- best recruitment channels for finding staff (especially part-time and casual staff)

- marketing knowledge

- how to best do a sales presentation to certain types of customers

What do you call this knowledge?

Update:

You are right George. But I am looking for a fancy business/corporate word for this.
