It's 11*23*. 23 is closer to 100 than it is to 200, so your answer is 1100, not 1200.

If the last two digits are less than 50, then round it back to the next lower hundred. ...if higher than 50, then to the next higher hundred. In this case it is less than 50, therefore it goes back to 1,100. Hope this helps for this one and in the future.

1,100. Is 123 closer to 100 or 200? - that's how you get 1,100. Because 100 is only 23 away, but 200 is 77 away.
