Why haven't they developed a test to determine if you are fit to be a parent? 10 PTS to the winner!?

Yes! You are totally right. Stupid people are breeding at MANY TIMES the rate we are, and they WILL inherit the (soon to be very shitty) Earth, if this is not addressed.

I believe there are 2 main problems:

1. Nobody wants to talk about it. People will not change unless forced. The way to force people is through laws. Politicians enable new laws. But no politicians will touch the issue, because it ties into Religion, something stupid people hold quite dear.

and

2. We have to give up this notion that we just need more education! "Oh, they just don't KNOW that they could have a better life if they don't S out kids at 17!" Oh really? I'm pretty sure they get it. That's what they WANT! They WANT to have as many kids as humanly possible! Which again, ties back to (1,) people must be forced.

I say, mandatory hardcore birth control (depo maybe) starting at age 10, through completion of the course.

Upon completion, you are granted 1 human child. If the child dies, you may produce a replacement. lol.

Because society doesn't value children.

And society thinks that having children is a sentimental thing.

The kid has the same blood as you and is therefore your property.

This is sad since not everybody should be a parent.

Some people believe with there whole heart that all adopted children wish they were with their biological parents. This is NOT true. There are adopted children who are happy with their adoptive parents and it doesn't bother them that their not with their biological parents.

Don't believe the lies that society will tell you about all adopted children being miserable.

I would of LOVED to have been adopted instead of raised by a psyco mom with Borderline Personality Disorder.

Good point. But wed rather throw tax dollars at breeders. And really if you drive you'll see they give a license to anyone with a pulse. Reproduction would be hard to control. The birth control would have to be something that only a professional can place or remove. But ya. You got a point.

The only person who can stop someone from having a baby is God and it should stay that way. A test, seriously.. Ugh I'm done answering this question..
