NAACP President says Ron Paul is NOT a racist?

NAACP president, Nelson Linder, has come out and said he does not believe Ron Paul to be a racist. Linder has known Paul for 20 years and stated that he believes him to be a fair man who has consistently defended the civil liberties of the black community. Linder believes the claims of racism have been levied because of Paul's libertarian platform, and that most people are just confused about what Paul's political values really are.

That's how I see it. Ron Paul is for the protection of civil liberties, not just black, white, hispanic, etc. He is trying to do right by the people and for the people. Everyone who says he is a racist has blinders on. The man is a politician and has been one for over 30 years. If he were truly racist, there would be much more proof then some newsletters over a two month period which someone else penned in Paul's name.

Obama's supporters and communitarians like Michael Gerson are just looking for a reason to fight back against Ron Paul. Especially those working in the nation building sector (development) hate his libertarian message while it accuses their nation building and progressive agenda of actually being useless.
