Fashion Experts: Does this gray vest match this lighter gray burberry tie?

Info about the vest: Its a darker gray (charcoal-ish) with vertical stripes

Info about the tie: Its a lighter gray with burberry design

I'm going to wear black dress shirt beneath them.

    I love it! The tie goes great with the vest but i would recommend a white dress shirt underneath so it's not all matchy.

    p.s. very good taste in clothing
