I installed perfect installer for removing a program?
After that cc cleaner, photoshop, ms office din't work... i uninstalled and installed again.... Now i see a lock icon on my c drive folders.... Please help me guys...

If you mean "perfect uninstaller", well it's possible since it's supposed to "clean" the registry. Typically, I'd say you should never install and use software that you don't completely understand. You might have to re-install/repair everything that's not working anymore unless you can use "Windows Recovery".
Good luck...but please understand the needs for CC cleaner and Perfect Uninstaller. Theses are not simply programs that "clean" your computer, they are used for specific things that you did not expect.
