How to dispose of spores in my drinks?
I have a nasty habit of leaving drinks sitting out too long.
Often, when I come upon them again, they have spores floating on the surface.
How do I dispose of them properly? Should I flush it, or is down the sink okay? Etc.

The molds that develop (I'm assuming you're talking about having left them sitting out for days or weeks), are normally very common molds and generally not harmful. Just washing them down the sink is fine.

Down the sink should be fine. Just be aware of setting food in the sink afterwards, especially things that you are eating raw, like fruits and veggies. You might wash down the sink with soap after you dump the liquid to be safe, and make sure your food is washed thoroughly.
