opening a car store and need some guidance on how to pay employees?

So I am opening a car accesory shop by next month and I want to look for someone to do car tinting and car stereo installation. But I wont be able to afford paying them hourly so I was thinking about commision for sale. Now I now a lot of shops were the tint guys make a commission but need help in what percentage?

    Dude, why don't you ask them? If they know how to do it, they know how much they should be paid.

    Heck, they probably do it "on the side" any way. Just take a few percent "off the top" and call it "commission" for refering business their way and for using your space and materials. (charge them for space and materials, of course).

    Can't imagine a guy taking only commission.

    They aren't responsible for sales - if the sales people sale nothing, they get nothing....

    Would you work for nothing?
