Does anyone knows a serious and responsible charity NGO?

How to be sure if one wants to help that the money we may send is well being used.

I have found Virlanie, apparently a French-Philippino charity and they seem to be doing a good job,

their website is http://www.virlanie.org/

Is this a serious organization ?

Any other NGO you might now of?

    yes i think that virlanie is a good organisation. i met some of their volunteers in bohol while they were having a break from volunteering
