Will an AK folding stock fit on a polish tantal?
The tantal my husband wants....the wire folding stock that comes on it is too short and I'm wondering if a plastic tapco folding stock will fit on it.

Yes. Although there is some fitting. And I am pretty sure that you will have to re-use the screws on the original stock. Shouldn't be that hard. Mereley a matter of removing the old stock and putting the new one in. Thing is with AK stocks they require two screws to fasten to the receiver and the holes they go into are usually not there. Odds are you will have to drill them out yourself.

Anything is possible with gunsmithing, so its a definite-maybe. I would just try putting a big recoil pad on the existing stock and kill two stones with one bird.
