10 points! Need help with Firefox?

After installing the newest version of Firefox i didnt like the feel of it and I couldn't get Internet I have frontier high speed Internet I restored My computer to get my old Firefox back and now it says "Firefox has stopped working" please help all answers and tips will be appreciated thank you!

    try using either internet explorer or google chrome. Internet explorer is the closest thing to firefox but i personally use google chrome and its quite good
