What equipment is best to stream live video of Peregrine falcons?

I'm looking to fund my own footage of some peregrine falcons at the church. I will be allowed to do this from the church's behalf. I need to know what video camera i would need to put in a nest box and stream it to a site. I am all new to this. I have been looking at the following. It will be dark inside the church so i'll need an IR camera.

Edimax IC-9000 Network camera - fixed - outdoor - waterproof

IP cameras

Update:

@Crim - I am allowed to have a webcam up as i'll be working with the church. I know people that will be able to put it up also. I am just the person sorting it out.

You may have the permission of the church, but permission may not be there's to give! I would seek advice from the RSPB, if you disturb these birds you could be breaking the law. You could also be breaking the law if your footage allowed the location of the birds nest site to be identified!
