Making Potato Gnocchi and....?

Hi all! I'm looking for some great suggestions on the best way to serve Potato Gnocchi. How would you serve it? What kind of sauce, if any? Toppings? As a side with what?

I'm making it, and I'm finding too many various recipes on the net, so I thought I would choose from the answers I get here.

By the way, I know that baking the potatoes gives you much lighter gnocchi, as well as less moisture, so they stay together much better.

    The best gnocchi I ever had was served with a simple saute'd onion in butter sauce poured over the top. Yummmm.
