Anything that gets your heart rate up will get your cardio vascular system in shape. Inline skating (Rollerblade is just the name of one company that makes them) and jogging are good for that, if you go fast enough.

Inline skating has less impact on your joints than jogging and you travel at a much higher speed which some people find more interesting.

Interesting and fun is the key to get motivated. You have to do something you find as fun instead of as a chore. However, you can make so meting that you would consider a chore into fun by setting a goal such as skating/running a marathon.

Depending on what else you want to get in shape, you may need to add some light weight training if you want to tone up your upper body. Both skating and jogging will work on the legs (different muscles) with skating working on more of them and also the gluts (butt) and core muscles for balance.

Always use your norton antivirus and ant-adware application! Check your laptop for viruses usually and replace your safety systems in order that your comp. will probably be proof against the most recent viruses. If you'll be able to aid it, check out to not use web explorer, it is so much much less relaxed than Mozilla firefox. And do not ever use P2p tune sharing application, you'll be able to get tons of little adware thingies. Also, to maintain it strolling extra easily, do not store matters in your laptop and continuously again up your entire most important files on a usb or whatever like that.
