it's not absolutely legally impossible but it's so unlikely and will take so long that it might as well be. reentering the US illegally after deportation sets up a 20 year ineligiblity and it's impossible to even ask for a waiver for at least 10 years, from the time of his last departure. having been repeatedly deported will make it even less likely that he'll ever be approved for a waiver. you can always talk to a good immigration lawyer if you like, but unless you're wrong about your facts, it won't help much.

Deportation usually leads to an automatic 10 year ban and that's for the first offense. The fact he has been deported 3 times means he has almost no chance of ever returning to the US. You are going to need to research the visa requirements for you and your children to move to his country if you want to stay together as a family.

No. Re-entry after deportation gets a lifetime bar. Even immigration reform wouldn't help him. If he stays here, he'll remain illegal at risk of another deportation, probably after serving time in jail. If you want to stay together as a family, you'll have to move to his country of citizenship.

No, you can't "fix him papers". He will never get legal status in the US. His 3-4 deportations proves he has no regard for our laws and makes him ineligible for a green card.

He will return, being deported under Obama numerous times just means he will be re-deported and Obama will file him under case by case study

He can't. He got what he deserves from breaking our laws. Hopefully he won't be allowed back. You should be deported with him for marrying him.

Not a chance - ever. He reentered illegally while under bar following deportation, and that's a felony subject to 20 years in prison with deportation and permanent bar to reentry. If you do anything to assist him, let him stay in your house/apt, transport him in your car, etc, you are subject to 10 years plus $250,000 fine for aiding & abetting an illegal alien, "sheltering," "transporting," etc.
He will never be eligible for any visa to the US with his record. He needs to obtain passports from his country of citizenship for his children - they have a birthright to citizenship in their father's country of citizenship. They can visit or remain with their father in his country at any time for any length of time without any visa or immigration hassles. For you, he has to apply for your immigration to his country. Since we do not know his country of citizenship, we do not know what he has to do to bring in his spouse. Plan at least on his having to prove that he can support you (plus, of course, his kids & himself).
You either go to his country - permanently - or that's the end of your marriage to this repeat offender.

No he has a lifetime ban and can never become legal ever. He will also get jail time when caught again.

YOU can go with him back to his home country. He will NEVER be legal in the USA, and it would be unfair that you stayed here in the USA and denied their children their father.

no ...he can never become legal ,..he should be jailed for many years
its suprising he has not already
