How can I visit a website without that website tracking my info that I was there?

I think that IE "InPrivate" browsing works for blocking your own computer from tracking you, but how do you block other computers? Can you be "invisible"?

    Can you be "invisible"? no from the time you log in your ISP knows where and how long your there so i wouldn't worry to much about the websites here is something to read

    Go to a cyber cafe (internet cafe) and access it from there.
