How risky is it to seel an item to an Ebayer with zero feedback?
I'm selling a watch on Ebay and I have had someone bid on it for quite a bit of money. The bidder has a zero feedback score but has been a member since 2004. They also live in Hong Kong. If they win the auction how am I certain that the money they send through PayPal for the watch is legit?

If the bidder has been on ebay since 2004 but still has zero feedback keep well way.
