I think it would be rather effective if every civilization removed most of the millitary and joined forces, actually. If theres a war, we're all f***ed anyways, we might as well try something good

baraq is back ssawards,,instead of negotiating with fellow americans,he folds for/to those who give a damn if we croak by the xxxxxx millions, the PLO.hamaas,heezbollah,,the north koreans,whom we feed,he pays them to be nice to us,using 'incentives'(our $$$$) to behave properly.
