    It won't happen.

I'm just about to finish on my greens (1 week left) and i remember people talking about that about 2 years before i went for my L's.

What probably happened is someone was boasting to someone else about getting thei L's before them so the person being boasted to said they needed to be 16 and 9 months

Mate, this has been going on forever - it was even around when I was in Year 10 back in 2007. Unless it's stated on the RMS website, it is BULL****. That is the only place you should check.

Your question is more of a statement.

Have you bothered to check the RMS website? Yes it is now RMS, not RTA.
