harassing phone calls at work?

I manage a store of 4 people and one morker has an ex boyfriend who has started calling the store non-stop; he calls from multiple numbers as well as private and we all know it's him; the girl who's ex it is, is filing charges and whatnot but he still calls persistantly whether she's there or not. Can I also file charges against him? it is starting to harrass me but I have nothing to do with their situation, just want to protect my place of work. what would be the recommended action?

I believe you should do one of the following

    1) Think of yourself and the safety of others first. If he's harassing everyone there because of the girl, you should consider firing her if the situation is not handled.

    2) Directly going to the police, and get a restraining order against him. He won't legally be able to call you, and violating a restraining order is ILLEGAL

    3) Change phone numbers.

I would recommend calling the police and explain your situation to them and they will tell you all your available options. I'm also pretty sure that this is harassment and you can file charges against this person.
