now since I am just starting I don't want to pay someone hourly so looking to know what is the percentage of commision is paid for someone to do tint installations?
now is there a chart or table to see what the percentages are to pay someone?

LLumar is the superior brand and offers many more selections. SunTek is fine but not quite the quality but cheaper.
In terms of installer payment you can consider your local area and what your competitors are doing. We pay a flat rate for installers but many shops by hourly while others pay a % of the invoice based on the tinters level of expertise.
