Random, more or less, Disney World Florida Question: Which would you choose?

Magic Kingdom if you haven't been to either. It is the "main" park and where you will get to see/do the traditional Disney things you are expecting.

I do like Epcot - but I wouldn't pick it as my "only Disney" experience.

Magic Kingdom if you never been, but Epcot would be better for you three.

First reason: Epcot has thrill rides such as Mission:Space and Test Track, Magic kingdom has space mountain.

Second reason: Epcot sells alcohol around the park and the MK is dry

Third reason: Epcot is typically less crowded than the Magic Kingdom.

The magic kingdom is better for kids under 12 years old while Epcot is designed for teens and adults.

You actually would be better off going to Universal Orlando where you can cover both Islands of Adventure and Universal Florida in the same day, and they have more intense rides (epcot has no rollercoasters while the magic kingdom has two mild ones) (only on a weekday or off season weekend like right now)

Magic Kingdom. It is the Iconic destination - but if you have visited Disney Land in CA, then go for Epcot. The rides and attractions are aimed more at families with kids rather than adults but are still very good - Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Hall of Presidents, Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, The Shows, Parade, Fireworks.

As a Pass holder who lives locally I visit the MK just 2 or 3 times a year - but go to Epcot more than 20 times every year - mostly for special events, concerts and dining.

Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom. It is the original and we all no the original is the best! But seriously, if you only have one day, go to Magic Kingdom. I'd say get a park hopper addon but that's like 50 bucks a person and these parks are huge so it would not be any fun. Are your sure you can't squeeze an extra day? :D

Magic Kingdom. It is more fun than Epcot. Way more fun, and more things to do.

personally if i could only go to one or the other i would definitely go to MAGIC KINGDOM.

its the park everyone thinks of when you say disney world, it has the most recognizable icon, and the most rides and features the most classic rides.
