In terms of lyrics, I have no idea. I don't make a habit of studying other countries national anthems lyrics. (Generally, I don't even know the language.)
Musical quality: I've actually listened to quite a few, and I really like Israel's. Some are okay, others are completely boring, but this was one I liked. Kinda melancholic.

France. The movement just before the end where it goes into a minor key reminds me of tanks rolling, a darker side of the country.
