They can watch everything you do if the admin has half a brain. They can also block you. I suggest when you get fired, you don't sit around and complain to much about how you were treated unfairly. People like you are the reason Corporate America farms jobs over seas to people who want to work, not play.

Yes admin can do. He know what u doing and can defined rules what u can do on internet and not.
