It does not sound like an allergy.
Antibiotics kill bacteria, not just disease causing bacteria, but also the "healthy" bacteria we all have in your intestinal tract. As a result, the loss of this "friendly" bacteria causes loose movements and/or diarrhea.
To help replenish this bacteria, get your daughter some yogurt that is labeled:
"Contains active cultures". This will help to restore the normal flora and help with her loose movements.
Check to see which antibiotics she is getting. If it is any form of tetracycline, do not have her take the yogurt within 2 hours of the meds, as it could interfere with the proper absorption. If you are unsure about what type of antibiotic it is, call the doctor or the pharmacist and they will tell you.
***Good luck, hope the little one is better soon!

I am not sure exactly what your full situation is because it is very hard to understand what you are saying. However, I can tell you how a suppository works. You would usually give this to a child if they are constipated or having trouble passing a bowel movement. Therefore, having the runs is common and a normal reaction to it. My parents had to use these with me a couple of times when I was really little, and usually they would have to put me in pull-ups for the day because it is meant to completely cleanse your system out when you have been having trouble going to the restroom. However, it sounds like you got way too many medicines going on for this poor girl. She could be vomiting because of all the different medications you say were given to her, not because she is allergic, but because her little body can't handle it all and it is a system overload. I don't know what the other medications are for and I think you typed the wrong temperature because you said she had a HIGH fever but 39.3 is way on the other end of the scale if you were quoting degrees in Fahrenheit. You really need to call the doctor that prescribed all of those medicines for her and let them know about her symptoms. Other than that, you really have no choice but to simply wait it out a while and monitor her to see how she is doing in a little bit. Good luck to you and I hope your daughter feels better soon!

Erythromycin is a thoroughly separate classification of antibiotic than penicillin. while you're anxious a pair of penicillin hypersensitivity, then you definately ought to easily agonize approximately taking penicillin and another antibiotics classed as cephalosporins. Cephalosporins would reason an allergic reaction in those with penicillin allergic reactions because of the fact the chemical compound of cephalosporins is so heavily on the subject rely of the chemical shape of penicillin. some elementary cephalosporins incorporate Keflex, Ceclor, Duracef, Ceftin, and Suprax...to call some.
