Bus service to Las Catetillas from Tenerife South Airport?

I arrive at Tenerife South Airport on Sun. 19 Feb. around 20.00 hrs. I have been advised to use public transport which you can get from the airport. Told to get bus 111. However, I am wondering if this still runs at this time on a Sun. evening? Have priced taxis, and private coaches but very pricey. Thanks to anyone who can assist.

Update:

Thank you so much for this answer. Could I have your honest opinion if you think this is an okay way to get there please? We are staying at what I think is called the Punte del Rey Hotel. Long story, didn't mean to go there. Have you any idea how long this bus journey is and will be know okay when we reach there as it seems middle of nowhere. I was also bit concerned with it being a Sun. even. that service buses would be off. Cheapest way on a shuttle bus return for 2 or us was £64 (not Euros) and sort of took the shine off what was meant to be a cheap holiday. If you do not see this I hope to repost again asking this and hope you will answer. Thanks so much.

The travel by bus will take approximately one hour. The bus will stop at the Caletillas intersection of the TF-1 motorway [Autopista Sur] in about 750 yards walking distance to your hotel. Fare: €4.95/person

In Tenerife you can certainly do anything you feel like any time of the season thanks to its weather, organic surroundings and tourist infrastructure created for fun for the household so this place is the perfect area for an excellent holiday and with hotelbye you can get it. In Tenerife are plenty of things waiting for you to learn and some of those is in the south west shore of Tenerife. A location that is a magnificent location for watching whales free in the ocean. Up to 26 species are observed only off the shore, including baleen whales, monster whales, dolphins, pilot whales and actually blue whales. In Tenerife you will also see The Teide National Park. At 3,718 metres, Teide volcano is Spain's highest peak and its two ecosystems make the rise an experience high in contrasts.
