I have a question about Gibbs rules? (NCIS)?
These are just questions about his rules:
1) Why don't you want to interrupt Gibbs when he's in interrogation?
2) Why don't you want to mess with his coffee if you want to live?
3) In rule 44 (first things first. hide the women and children) can someone explain that rule?
Also, in the never be unreachable rule, what if they left their phone lying around but a family member picked up the phone and answered it? does that still qualify as unreachable?

I'll assume Gibbs looks at interrogations the same way Grissom did in CSI - when you leave an interrogation after starting to question (and in Gibb's case often intimidate) the suspect, you risk a) giving the suspect time to think up a good story or alibi and b) losing any and all intimidation you had. You end up having to start over and waste time you'll never get back.
Don't ever mess with a marine's coffee, especially Gibb's coffee. There is no why...there is only "don't". You will not like the outcome. If you do forget and mess with said coffee, you'd best get him more...pronto.
Gibbs, who lost his first wife and his child to murder, is extremely protective of children in particular. His attitude is that children are in general innocent and should be protected from the evils of the world. He also believes that women (especially women who have become victims or mothers) deserve protection. His rule about hiding them goes back to "the olden days" when it was traditional for women and children to be taken away from warzones or any place they would be in danger and kept safe.
As for his unreachable rule, I think that will still qualify to Gibbs as unreachable. If he calls YOU, YOU better answer the phone.

1) becuase he's trying to get a confessio out of the person and people coming in would be a distraction and isn't respectful.
2) idk. I guess they just really like their coffee and they need it.
3) to keep them safe. Because gibbs wife and daughter were killed.
