intrernet problems,new laptop?

it will log on ans say internet Access,but can only get "bling"pages.if i try to get Yahoo or anything else,get "web page not responding". this one works fine,and tried new one other places and get the same.if i get windows to check things out, everything on computer ok.would take it back to have it fixed,but bought it a bit away and easier if i can (you can) do it myself as when im free they are shut

    If you are using Internet explorer try a reset, go to tools,Internet options, advanced reset, and see if that works. Otherwise download a different browser such as Firefox and try that instead.

    If bling is your service provider your probably out of credit
