Florida Insurance ~ Other Driver?
Ok, silly question. My boyfriend and I can't agree LOL. He's probably right, but here goes. His truck sucks (really HAHA) and he has a doctors appointment this morning. I'm at work and need to go home and sleep. If he uses my car, and something happens, will it be covered? I have the minimum required by law. He carries that and a little bodily injury on his truck. Whose insurance will cover any accidents, etc. Mine since it's my car, his since he's driving, or neither? Please! LOL I don't think it will be covered since he's not on my policy, but he says it will since he has insurance and we're a no fault state.

Insurance follows te vehicle. Since its your car he is covered, but under YOUR policy. As long as you allow him to drive the car. If there is an accident and you dont have enough coverages for bodily injury then his would be secondary.
