  • Florida Insurance ~ Other Driver?

Ok, silly question. My boyfriend and I can't agree LOL. He's probably right, but here goes. His truck sucks (really HAHA) and he has a doctors appointment this morning. I'm at work and need to go home and sleep. If he uses my car, and something happens, will it be covered? I have the minimum required by law. He carries that and a little bodily injury on his truck. Whose insurance will cover any accidents, etc. Mine since it's my car, his since he's driving, or neither? Please! LOL I don't think it will be covered since he's not on my policy, but he says it will since he has insurance and we're a no fault state.

  • IRS WMR...Scheduled deposit?

    I get this on WMR....

Your tax refund is scheduled to be direct deposited on January 30, 2012. If your refund is not credited to your account by February 4, 2012, check with your bank to find out if it has been received. Please wait until February 4, 2012 before you contact us again because we are unable to take any action until then.

Does this mean I will for sure get it on 1/30 or at least by 2/4, since it says nothing about "still processing" and says scheduled? Or is it just typical IRS BS? LOL

  • Question about Asperger's?

Ok, so here's the deal. I fit pretty much all the symptoms of Asperger's, and on this page ( http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/aspergers-syndrom... ) it says on the very first one that "Engaging in one-sided, long-winded conversations, without noticing if the listener is listening or trying to change the subject" is a symptom... so many of the aspies I hear about are the less social side... so how common is this symptom really? I mean... it describes me to a T. I actually have people raise their hands sometimes when I'm talking. usually family, that has known me, and dealt with my "long-windedness" for quite a while. But I very rarely hear about this when reading all these questions, etc. I talk pretty damn fast too... and have people asking me to slow down. I know it isn't bi-polar, before anyone says that, and i fit many of the other AS symptoms, so just curious if I'm even more unique than i already think I am LOL Any other aspies feel like this? (I'm self diagnosed for now but will set something up with a doctor when I can afford to, so no need to say go to the doctor either LOL Oh yeah, and in my long convoluted conversations, I DO tend to say things that I shouldn't.

  • Rental Security Deposit?

Ok, I feel stupid. LMAO. If you have a security deposit on a duplex rental, and renew your lease year to year, you don't do the deposit again every year do you? Don't think so, just looking for confirmation.

  • 2000 Hyundai Elantra Tran Fluid Change?

Hey, got oil change, some other stuff done today and while there, they checked my trans fluid and showed it to me. This car is a 2000 Hyundai Elantra GLS with about 135,000 miles. Don't know the last time trans fluid has been changed, but it was pretty burnt. Now, big question: I have had flushes done on trannies before and they've fried the trannie in two different cases. But these guys aren't going to flush it just do a "oil change for the transmission" They say it won't ruin my high mileage vehicle because the old stuff doesn't get flushed out, just emptyed and refilled with new, so the old buildup should protect from the harshness of the new fluid. Is this accurate? I DO NOT want to ruin another trannie ever again LOL And I really love this little car. Need some advice. OH YEAH: It does have a slight hesitation going from 1st to 2nd. Hence me really wanting to get the fluid changed. But not if it's going to make it worse.
